Dale Hoyer, CEO           

CPA with over 20 years of business and financial experience including Ernst & Young and Pizza Hut Inc. He was co-founder of Franchise Services Company, the first large national multi-unit restaurant accounting outsourcing firm.  A speaker at national accounting and outsourcing conferences.

 

David Oden, President     

CPA with over 20 years financial and operations experience as CFO of publicly and privately-held multi-unit restaurant companies. Nationally recognized as a leader in the application of technology to restaurant accounting and information problems and a speaker at national industry conferences.

 

Douglass A. Hall, CFO   

Degreed in Hotel and Restaurant Administration, a CPA and an MBA.  He has extensive experience in the multi-unit restaurant industry, accounting, corporate consulting and systems management. 

 

Dan Brannan, COO           

CPA with over 15 years of audit (KPMG), tax and restaurant finance and operations experience. He has been  Vice President of Finance and CFO in public and private multi-unit restaurant companies.

 

Brad Brooks, Partner  

Degreed in Finance with experience as an auditor, as a commercial lender, marketing, management and as a  business entrepreneur.   He was the co-founder of Franchise Services Company and PacPizza, LLC (a Pizza Hut Franchisee).

 

David McReynolds, Partner   

MBA in Management and Finance.  A 35 year professional background includes IT management in small systems to large mainframe environments, as well as several years with IBM.  He has worked with multi-unit restaurant companies for over 20 years.
